This building is grade 2 listed and had already been extended to the rear. The client’s brief detailed as a room in which we can view and enjoy the garden all year round and it must be in keeping with the existing house. We designed an oak frame building with glazed area to view each area of the garden. We also work as contract administrator with the client and builder on this site. The job was brought in on budget and within the time scale.
The internals with the new timber frame on show and the brick floor make this building a enjoy to be in whatever the weather outside.
